King, Jemayne L. “Find a Miss That Orders Water.”  International Who’s Who in Poetry 2012 Eber and Wein, 2012.

King’s poem satires the unscientific method of finding a soul mates. The poem pays homage to Shakespeare’s Much Ado about Nothing. It glorifies the theme that love cannot be corralled. Any plan to do so is a plan with futile results.

---. “Milk Box Material.”  HipBop.org. 11 March 2013. <http://www.hipbop.org>.

King’s poem pays homage to the poetry of the late Christopher Wallace while addressing thinly veiled problems individuals encounter when there is a gap in communication. Sadly, individuals have preconceived expectations and notions which prevent successful communication. Through this poem, King attempts to prove that true communication between human beings is impossible.

---.  Sole Food: Digestible Sneaker Culture. Da Jesus Project Publishing, 2012.

King’s book offers reflections of a life immersed in sneaker culture. The contemporary athletic shoe has experienced an evolution comparable to man. What began as necessity matriculated to style, then morphed into a culture with its own multicultural identity. Sole Food, through the vehicle of sneaker culture addresses societal ills, life, and identity within that culture, and explores the overall impact and phenomenon of sneakers on a global level. Whether an aficionado of sneaker culture or a contentious observer, Sole Food takes the reader on a fantastic voyage with nary a pit stop or layover.

---. 20 First Dates The Poetic Mixtape. Da Jesus Project Publishing, 2013.

In the true spirit of a satire, 20 First Dates: The Poetic Mixtape mimics the recording industry marketing associated with Hip-Hop culture. Picking up where Managing Relationships: Bridging The Communication Divide left off, 20 First Dates: The Poetic Mixtape provides a tongue in cheek examination of the human communication experience regarding relationships. Crafted as a companion text, it goes where its predecessor dares not and beyond.
